Analyze raw material cost variances and impact on plant results
Monitor inventory controls (E&O, cycle counts, adjustments, physical inventory)
Review items with zero cost and follow up on issues
Support month-end close (US & Mexico) for cost/inventory
Prepare and analyze US Recon and balance sheet accounts
Update standard costs and routings for year-end processes
Prepare productivity and scrap reports; align with QA
Support audits and provide required financial information
Develop cost analysis for new products and business cases
Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
3+ years of experience in cost or inventory accounting
Good English communication (written & spoken)
Strong Excel skills
Experience with audits and financial analysis
Knowledge of Power BI, AI tools or Power Automate is a plus
Strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills
