ResponsibilitiesIdentify inventions, draft, and prosecute patent applications; manage a global patent portfolio for radiopharmaceutical drug development.Review and approve scientific and clinical publications.Advise internal clients on intellectual property matters.Conduct strategic IP analysis and due diligence, including analysis of third‐party patent portfolios.Perform freedom‐to‐operate and patentability analyses.Align with external collaborators and strategic partners on global IP strategy.Provide transactional support for IP matters related to clinical trial agreements and licenses.Manage the use of outside legal counsel globally.Preferred/Required Qualifications5+ years of life sciences patenting experience (preferably pharmaceuticals), with a mix of law firm and in‐house experience preferred.Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.Juris doctor; admission to practice law in any U.S. state or DC (admission in California preferred).
