Transform lives as a Counsellor with Family Service Toronto. This full-time role focuses on providing trauma-informed counselling services within a collaborative and diverse team setting. The position is based primarily at the Rexdale Community Health Centre and serves clients across Toronto and North Etobicoke. As a Counsellor, you will employ various therapeutic modalities while ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health care. Your expertise in trauma therapy and cultural competency will play a vital role in supporting individuals, couples, and families facing diverse challenges. Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based counselling for clients aged 16+ Conduct professional clinical assessments and maintain reports Deliver trauma therapy for survivors of sexual abuse Collaborate in clinical consultations within the counselling team Support clients from diverse ethno-cultural backgrounds Qualifications and Requirements
