About the Role:
BURN is looking for a dynamic and experienced Country Manager who can drive commercial performance, ensure operational excellence, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver both revenue and impact targets. This role will be central in shaping market strategy, overseeing full P&L performance, supporting carbon project success, and ensuring that BURN continues to scale sustainably while delivering high-quality products and customer experiences

Duties and Responsibilities

+ Commercial Strategy & Execution

+ Develop and lead country-level growth strategies in alignment with BURN’s global goals. Own end-to-end delivery of revenue, sales, and impact targets across both markets. Ensure data-driven decision-making using performance dashboards, forecasts, and KPI tracking.
