CPQ Lead Solution Engineer – Salesforce / Conga CPQ / PROS

We are looking for a seasoned technical leader to drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Salesforce‑based CPQ solutions across Conga and PROS platforms for Thomson Reuters.

Responsibilities

• Drive the engineering strategy, planning, design, and implementation of Conga CPQ, Conga Turbo Price, Conga Digital Commerce, and PROS pricing solutions.
• Provide technical leadership through best‑practice definition, quality standard enforcement, code reviews, and mentoring to achieve high performance.
• Lead technical research, prototyping, and solution evaluation to recommend optimal tools and architectures while staying current with Salesforce and Conga updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, architects, and third parties to deliver integrated solutions.
