**Job Description**:
Brainstorm, concept and collaborate on campaign ideas with creative leads, other designers, writers, and project managers.
Design those concepts to a beautiful, highly polished level using responsive design principles.
Help define and enforce style guidelines for the projects you work on.
Provide design support on new business pitches, including the creation of prototypes, and presentation decks.
Be hands-on with execution skills and the ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
Present creative work to clients and leadership at Factor.
Be very flexible and adaptable to feedback and changes to the work.
Work closely with project managers to ensure your project stays on schedule.
Communicate and respond to the team in a timely manner, including acknowledging feedback and requests from the team and the creative lead.
