An opportunity exists for a dynamic, caring, and dedicated educator in the role of 1.0 FTE Junior High ELA Lead Teacher at Crescent Heights High School. This educator will value: a strong focus on continual learning, growth, and excellence. This individual will value and have knowledge of Junior High School Redesign philosophy/practice, and will also be a positive team player who is collaborative. A student-centered paradigm, progressive research-based assessment practices, knowledge and commitment to the Collaborative Response Model are traits this educator will need to demonstrate. During their term as lead, this individual will oversee supporting new curriculum piloting and implementation as it is released in the province. They will also be tasked with supporting and implementing school and division goals.
