About This Opportunity
Take charge of culinary excellence as a Chef Manager at Dexterra Group's remote location in Lac De Gras, NWT. This role focuses on managing kitchen operations and adhering to top-notch food safety standards.
You will oversee the daily kitchen functions with a rotational schedule of 28 days on and 14 days off. Responsibilities include menu creation, food preparation, staff oversight, and maintaining safety compliance. Your leadership and culinary skills will create memorable dining experiences for staff and clients alike.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and present high-quality, diverse menus
• Supervise compliance with health and safety policies
