About This Opportunity
You will report directly to our Director CX Prog Mgt and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi, Mexico location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth order processing that supports business growth and operational excellence.
**YOU MUST HAVE**
- Bachelor's Degree completed.
- 5+ Years Customer Service Experience.
- Proven record of leadership skills and initiatives (Team Coach/Team Leader previous experience of 1 year).
- Fully Bilingual, English - Spanish.
- Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, Excel, integrated reporting systems.
- Experience working in a multi-discipline team/multinational environment.Experience in reviewing and redesigning of processes.
