Entry-level custodial position.
Performs custodial duties required to keep assigned office building, temple, chapels, seminary buildings or other assigned facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
May be assigned to help maintain the grounds.
May be required to travel from building to building.
Maintains assigned work areas in clean and orderly condition.
Cleans floors, walls, furniture and other building furnishings; sanitizes rest rooms, operates vacuums, carpet cleaners, buffers, etc; moves furniture,
supplies, and miscellaneous equipment as needed.
Routinely performs other duties such as dusting furniture, disposing of trash, cleaning of restaurants, cleaning grease traps, etc.
Renovates and renews surfaces by using special equipment and products.
