Job Responsibilities

• Processing enrollments and registrations
• Managing billing questions and concerns
• Assisting the lead Customer Care member with suggestions to improve operations
• Answering and directing general inquiries
• Confirming or clarifying class times, locations, and directions for parents and students
• Handling ticket sales or collection for events
• Answering general questions regarding policies or practices when they arise
