Responsibilities
Establish and maintain customer aircraft configurations (design features).
Preparation and delivery of presentation documentation technical and optional features.
Preparation and interface for customer requested optional features (Work Statements).
Technical support to Sales, Marketing and Aircraft Programs, and Contracts during all stages of customer negotiations.
Support Price and Offerability Activities for both In-Production and In-Service aircraft.
Support to Aircraft reconfiguration and refurbishment studies
In-depth interfacing with all disciplines of Engineering.
Updating and maintenance of Customer Engineering databases.
Engineering Delivery Focal for your assigned Customers Aircraft.
Actively participate and contribute to the Customer Engineering department’s Quality and Productivity improvement initiatives.
