Role Overview
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist you will be the first to welcome newly-signed partners to the Owner platform. You will manage a portfolio of partners, ensuring alignment on expectations so they receive the highest quality mobile app and website launch as soon as possible. This fast-pace, KPI-focused role involves managing high volumes of inbound/outbound emails, calls, and SMS messages. You will partner closely with our product and engineering teams to shape the future of the product and ensure a smooth handoff to the Restaurant Success Manager. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in Mexico, Colombia, or Costa Rica.
Impact
Advocate for restaurant owners so they maintain ownership of their mobile app or online presence.
Coach and educate owners on best practices for online ordering, backed by statistics and rigorous SEO testing.
Work on projects and initiatives that improve internal processes.
