Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality concerns and complaints.
Investigate customer issues using structured problem-solving tools (e.G., 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram).
Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
