As Materials Customer Service Analyst you will be responsible for timely follow-up with clients and its portals.
Responsibilities
- EDI analysis, detecting decreases or increases in demand.
- Entry of customer requests through the MRP system.
- Maintain Finished Goods inventory within level.
- Timely follow-up on engineering changes for each product with the corresponding department.
- Updating and maintaining customer portals.
- Follow-up with the production and materials planning team.
