Customer Service Analyst
Location: Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México).
Responsibilities - Provide timely follow‑up to clients.
- Ship releases to clients according to schedule.
- Ensure releases on time for the planning team.
- Communicate constantly with production planning team.
- Monitor weekly and daily customer requirements.
- Avoid obsolescence or excess at FG (Finished Goods) level.
- Maintain inventory levels at Finished Goods within the required level.
- Monitor engineering changes for each product with the corresponding department.
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, and/or Business Administration.
- 1-3 years of experience in similar positions in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge and management of customer portals (Covisint).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
