About This Opportunity

KEY DUTIES- Schedule and coordinate resources for engagements across the Servicesteam.
- Manage the month-end and quarter-end billing and invoicing process for theServices organization.
- Follow-up with customers to consume pre-paid Services offerings.
- Ensure processes are adhered to including follow-up on necessary forms,terms, agreements, etc. including work orders and statement of workdocuments.
- Assist with managing Services forecasts and determining projects are on trackand accurately being reported on.May follow-up with internal resources andexternal customers as needed.
- Serve as the primary contact within the Services department to address ordirect questions to the appropriate team members.
- Identify, develop, and implement strategies for improving operational efficiencyacross the Services organization.
