Customer Service Representative

Location: Aguascalientes, Mexico.

Job Schedule: Full‑time, onsite.

Education Requirement: High school diploma.

This role provides high‑quality inbound customer support for Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC) and Infiniti Financial Services (IFS) loan and lease clients. The representative handles inquiries, complaints, and technical support, maintaining compliance and adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Count and resolve inbound phone calls for active/inactive accounts, navigating customers through proper processes.
• Maintain a minimum overall average quality score of 85% and adherence target of 95%.
• Utilize all tools and resources proactively to resolve concerns and prevent callbacks.
• Follow all adherence guidelines and call model for compliance with state, federal, and regulatory requirements.
