We are a small and dynamic team (20 people currently), and you will be joining a team of 6 reps, and answer directly to our VP of Customer Success & Customer Support Team Lead. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat, with most requests via email
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our product
• Become an expert in our gym management software
• Collaborate with our engineering team on software issues
