About the Role
We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our growing international support team. In this role, you will be providing high-quality customer service in both Spanish and English. Your primary responsibility will be handling customer inquiries and support tickets, ensuring that all communications are clear, professional, and empathetic.
You will interact with customers through phone, email, and live chat, addressing general service-related issues and inquiries in both languages. Additionally, you’ll help translate customer communications and documents between Spanish and English when needed.
