Job description
provide customer service by tracking orders, shipments, and deliveries, coordinating with the warehouse, transportation providers, and suppliers to ensure that deadlines and conditions are met.
Resolve issues such as delays, missing items, or returns; keep system information up to date; and ensure clear communication throughout the logistics process.
Requirements
bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or industrial engineering.
at least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry in a customer service role.
knowledge of and proficiency in the sap system.
knowledge of the iatf ***** standard.
fluent in english
