Overview:
As Customer Service Specialist, you will work with our clients and our commercial team to make sure that the requests are processed in a timely and efficient manner. This role contributes directly to meeting our business targets and securing excellent customer satisfaction.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for the current and potential clients, handle requests coming by phone or emailPrepare, handle, and send various documentation as per needs (such as quotations, certificates, invoices)Manage demo / consignment stockProvide insights into purchase patterns of our clientsResolve issues with orders, guarantees, reclamationsClient data maintenance, including pricing rulesPlace orders for our strategic clients
