Overview

We are looking for an Order Analyst to join our team. Based in Lima, Peru, reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the logistics, projects, and commercial management teams in carrying out administrative activities related to Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Order Entry: Enter customer purchase orders into the system (Order Entry process).
• Order Acknowledgement: Notify customers of the receipt of their purchase orders (Acknowledgement process).
• Order Follow-up: Send weekly updates on the status of purchase orders to customers (Follow-up process).
• Customer Service: Provide information on stock availability, pricing, and delivery status, as well as respond to customer inquiries.
• Quality Claims: Process and manage quality complaints (registration, analysis, and closure).
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with established management policies and procedures. <...
