About This Opportunity

We are looking for a person to help our customers with their inquiries via email, chat and social networks. The ideal candidate would be someone that loves technology and helping people achieving their goals.

The job is fully remote. The team, including the managing partners, is located in Argentina, while the company is incorporated in the USA. As one of the leading SaaS platforms in time tracking and productivity software, we serve thousands of business clients all over the globe.

Since were a product-led company, your role is key because its part of the customer experience. We are looking for tech / marketing / ux enthusiasts that share our language and our passion.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers with their inquiries.
  • Write support articles and tutorials.
  • Provide 1:1 online demos, client training and webinars.
  • Detect sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the dev team to troubleshoot issues.
