In this dynamic role, you'll oversee the full customer implementation lifecycle and ensure that clients successfully adopt Suger’s solutions. Your experience with B2B SaaS will enable you to create repeatable processes and facilitate significant business outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead customer onboarding from kickoff through to go-live
• Coordinate discovery, scoping, and cloud marketplace setups
• Design effective training programs for early adoption
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on AI-driven setups
• Identify risks and opportunities for expansion in customer accounts
