Yango Group is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist with phone calls and face-to-face interactions in Lima. In this role, you will support users and drivers, resolve inquiries, and ensure a smooth service experience. This is a fully office-based position.
You will be responsible for
- Providing high-quality in-person support
- Assisting users and drivers with inquiries, incidents, and on-site support needs
- Handling online customer inquiries through internal systems
- Following service procedures, SLAs, and quality guidelines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
