Responsibilities

• Update Customs instructions database (Tariff, Customs regulation for tax & duties' suspension, preferential origin, customs value, …)
• Perform product classification (BTI, Suspension, …) and preferential origin
• Prepare import and export operations (Invoice, Packing, Bill of Lading, … documents, arrival and departure schedules…)
• Communicate with brokers to guarantee declaration compliance on a day to day base
• If authorization is granted by the administration proceed to import and/or export declaration
• Check brokers import and export declaration versus Customs Instruction, Invoices, Transport Documents, Origin Certificate …
