**YOUR ROLE**
As Cutting Supervisor on our team, you will: Responsible to the Cutting Manufacturing Supervisor for the execution of the Productivity and Quality systems in the Cutting area.
**In your daily job you will**:
- Review absenteeism in your area of control.
- Ensure machine startup and shutdown on time.
- Monitor machine hourly control and take action.
- Ensure quality systems are implemented.
- Ensure area maintenance
- Schedule vacations, leaves, and breaks for your staff
- Follow up on internal complaints and red flags for your machines
- Complete QVC reports for your machines
- Hold informational meetings with staff
- Review the Time & Attendance of your staff
**YOUR BACKGROUND**
Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
- Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering
- English level intermediate
