We are seeking a skilled CX Product Owner to lead the development and execution of digital products that enhance customer experience across the enterprise.
This role serves as the critical link between business strategy and technology delivery, ensuring that product backlogs reflect strategic priorities and deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities
Define and own the vision for the D2C digital product, encompassing e‐commerce, service delivery, and customer engagement capabilities.
Develop a roadmap that integrates product sales with CX services (e.g., home delivery, installation scheduling, loyalty programs).
Manage the entire digital product lifecycle from concept to launch, serving as the voice of the customer to technology teams.
Establish business goals, value propositions, and success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, ROI) in partnership with CX leadership and business stakeholders.
