Your mission Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Team Lead, you will be the face for our users and partners, turning them into ambassadors by providing efficient and friendly customer care. You’ll inspire and empower them to take action against food waste and become part of the movement.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for users and partners, ensuring outstanding customer service via email, chat, and phone.
Respond to inquiries through social media tools such as Facebook, App Store, Play Store, and Google Reviews.
