The Data & AI Governance Lead is responsible for leading the implementation of Data Governance and Responsible AI frameworks across the region, ensuring alignment with MetLife’s global standards, ethical principles, and regulatory requirements. Guided by our purpose – always with you building a more confident future – and our New Frontier strategy, this role offers the opportunity to shape how data and Artificial Intelligence are used responsibly at scale. You will play a critical role in enabling innovation while ensuring integrity, transparency, and risk mitigation across data and AI initiatives in Latin America.
