Description

Preferred candidates may have experience with:

GUI and web development with front end development using Vue.js helpful

Containerization, docker and/or Kubernetes

Managing and communicating the status of work products via Jira stories

Impact You'll Make:

As a Data Solutions Engineer, you will

Develop custom solutions to help client fully engage with our platform and services

Manage various incoming communications through a range of channels, to include phone calls, emails, team chats and Jira tickets

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

Following up with clients or customers to check that they’re still satisfied and seeing success with your solutions

Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives; follow up to ensure resolution

Troubleshoot common platform issues
