Responsibilities
1. Analyze the competitors’ network and sales MS in region, make the network development strategy.
2. Coordinate with the company committee to evaluate the business plan of dealers and ensure the BP process compliance.
3. Supervise consistency of Corporate Identity execution in the assigned Dealer Network in line with SI and Sales Standard guidelines.
4. Update dealer operation guideline, dealer operation process evaluation and dealers’ annual operation target.
5. Analyze dealers’ operating data, provide data support for dealer development strategy, and support for dealers’ business improvement.
6. Conduct dealer organizational evaluation, dealer sales indicator evaluation, sales process evaluation, and dealers operation performance.
7. Make dealer incentive policy, and Establish dealer management early warning mechanism.
