It focuses on both qualified and non-qualified retirement plan benefits. Ideal candidates should have a financial background, enjoy educating and supporting others, and possess strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Defined Contribution and/or Defined Benefit plans is essential.
