What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Department Manager, the Deli Clerk is responsible for day-to-day operations in the deli department:
Preparation of value-added product
Stocking and rotation of merchandise
Present a neat, clean, and well-merchandised department
Maintain and display all types of deli products according to department standards including hot meals and salad bar.
Answer product related questions from customers
Adhere to established standards, including safe food handling and sanitation, health and safety and loss prevention
Provide exemplary customer service to all
