Portcities is seeking a driven and hands‑on Delivery Manager - consulting to lead our Mexico consulting team. This role is pivotal to ensuring high-quality project delivery in line with our methodology, maximizing consulting income, and maintaining a professional and performance-driven environment.

Drive Consulting Income

• Monitor and improve the team's invoiceability.
• Be involved and accountable for consulting income: ensure the team is invoiceable and find projects if this is not the case.
• Fight and defend the invoiceability of your team.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by providing delivery insights and building confidence in our execution.
• Identify and negotiate change requests to minimize credit notes and maximize revenue.
• Forecast consulting income accurately and track deviation from the plan.
• Take timely corrective action if a deviation occurs.
