1. Objective and Context

The CGI Delivery Manager works within agile squads in a fast-paced digital transformation environment with high variability.
They are responsible for operational delivery management, team coordination, and ensuring delivery commitments are met.

2. Responsibilities
Coordinate the delivery activities of the squads
Track progress, priorities, and dependencies
Identify and resolve obstacles
Communicate with stakeholders
Collaborate with the Product Owner on planning
Monitor performance indicators (velocity, quality)
Participate in agile ceremonies
Contribute to continuous improvement
