Summary

Ensure, support, and maintain the Sales & Business Planning (S&BP;) process, fostering collaboration among key areas (commercial, marketing, finance, supply, quality, regulatory).

Work jointly with the Marketing and Commercial teams to consolidate medium and long‑term demand forecasts (12 to 36 months) that inform manufacturing capacity plans and inventory investment decisions.

Identify market trends and regulatory environment changes that may impact future demand (e.g., changes in INVIMA regulations, expiration of sanitary registrations).

Support safety stock and service level definitions aligned with the company’s commercial and regulatory strategy.

Participate and collaborate in the design of product launch strategies, transfers, and discontinuations, ensuring proper alignment with the supply chain.
