Clinical Operations Manager – Advanced Dental Centers

The Smile Mission is seeking foreign-trained dentists from Chile for a specialized Clinical Operations Manager position within our advanced, high-volume dental organization.

This is not a traditional office manager role. Our Clinical Operations Managers oversee complex clinical workflows in large dental centers focused on implant dentistry, digital dentistry, full‑mouth rehabilitation, and advanced patient coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating advanced dental treatment workflows
• Managing clinical efficiency and patient flow
• Assisting with implant and full‑arch case coordination
