Department Head / Department Manager – full‑time, day shift, available anytime, 39 hours per week. Responsibilities

Work with production and customer service clerks. Ensure implementation of exceptional customer service. Collaborate with management to manage purchasing, inventory, price lists, merchandising, wage productivity according to established standards to ensure business readiness. Provide team members with the necessary feedback for their professional development and the achievement of established objectives. Qualifications

At least 1 year of retail experience. High school diploma or equivalent and management experience. Existing department manager looking for advancement and willing to complete training courses. Benefits
