The Department Manager, Insurance Services is responsible for the successful direction and supervision of Insurance Specialists and the efficient running of the insurance department, including recruitment, scheduling, payroll, and ongoing training and development of staff. This role communicates and works with store management and the General Manager, Insurance Services, and is a champion of the company's strategic goals and objectives.
In addition to the above duties, this is also a customer service position which requires a great deal of customer contact. Applicants must be able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
