As a Training content developer, you will define strategies following our requirements striving to improve service delivery, internal processes and client experience through planning, creation and implementation of training content for internal and external audiences.You will propose training strategies for internal and external audiences (VDT, Retail, B2B, Dealers) in face-to-face, virtual and blended modalities, in addition to supporting the creation of learning objects that facilitate the assimilation of information and development of skills, through theories, models and learning techniques.
