Responsibilities

• Prepare agreements based on corporate templates
• Follow up with stakeholders for necessary contract documents
• Plan activities for setup and execution of agreements
• Update tracking and progress reports related to agreements
• Maintain contractual information in Salesforce

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Education in administration, legal secretarial diploma beneficial
• Proficient in Word, Acrobat Writer, and DocuSign
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
