Industrial Designer – Product Innovation Centre

This is a full‑time design position reporting to the Design Manager at our Product Innovation Centre located in Blainville, Quebec. The Industrial Designer will collaborate with the category management and development teams to create future hockey equipment products. The working schedule is hybrid, with a presence in our offices required 3 days per week.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities

• Create innovative product designs that respect Bauer’s brand, improve product performance, and reach and inspire the target consumer. Actively contribute to seasonal creative strategy for product lines and complete 2–3 projects per season including all respective price points.
