Role: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Contract

Job Description:
Provides Level and Level desktop support for end users in both English and French.
Troubleshoots Windows desktops and laptops, including OS, performance, and hardware issues.
Supports Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
Resolves VDI issues (Citrix, AVD, Client), including login, session, and profile problems.
Handles network connectivity issues such as VPN, WiFi, LAN, and basic networking.
Supports printers, scanners, smart cards, and other end-user peripherals.
Uses Lakeside SysTrack for endpoint monitoring and proactive issue identification.
Provides EUC support in BFSI environments, including bank branches and ATM-related systems.
Manages incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, meeting SLAs and escalation standards.
