• 6+ years of application development, systems testing, or related experience
• 6+ years of experience with OmniStudio components (Data Raptors, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Flex Cards, Vlocity Industry Data Models, etc.)
• Experience with native configuration, Apex, LWC, VisualForce
