**The Role**

The Development Director drives the strategic growth of IHG Brands, Essentials & Suites, through the negotiation of management contracts and franchise agreements to maximize value creation for IHG PLC shareholders. Ensures IHG business is conducted and business objectives are achieved in compliance with IHG global and regional strategic priorities.

**Your Day-to-Day**

+ Achieve annual franchise sales quota for assigned territory in Mexico.
+ Develop and implement annual sales budget and action plan for Mexico according to Company’s strategic development plan.
+ Prospect, negotiate, and close franchise sales via phone solicitation and sales presentations.
+ Present new projects, change of ownership and license renewals to local and corporate Franchise Approval Committees.
+ Develop annual expense budget and maintain P&L results within budget. Anticipate and report any significant variance to Vice-President.
