SUMMARY OF ROLE

The contract Development Officer, Regional Philanthropy & Partnership is responsible for corporate and community‑based fundraising in Atlantic Canada, including identifying, prospecting, cultivating, stewarding, and managing relationships with corporate, foundation, and community partners/donors/sponsors, and municipal government. The role also plans and implements Kids Help Phone’s national and community fundraising events, and grows and diversifies revenue streams through partnership development, independent fundraising events, cause‑marketing initiatives, employee engagement, sponsorships, grant writing, and community and volunteer engagement.
