• Understanding of Database and reporting platforms like SQL/Snowflake/Postgres
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Linux/Windows administration.
• Solid understanding of application monitoring and alerting tools such as (Dynatrace, Catchpoint, Elastic Search (LaaS), Grafana, ServiceNow, PagerDuty)
