SKILLS
- L1/ L2 Support engineer with exposure to Azure DevOps methodologies and tools. 8+Years of experience
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, including Splunk and Dynatrace.
- Experience of cloud technologies GCP/Azzure.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases.
- Knowledge of ITIL and processes such as Incident, Problem and Event Management.
- Open to work in rotational shifts (Morning and Afternoon Shifts) and share the on-call rota for out of business hours to manage the critical applications.
- Advocate of Agile delivery practices.
- Experience across the entire solutions development lifecycle from inception through build to production.
